Step 1: Speak to the manager of the Roseland aquatic centre
Step 2: Pay for entry
Step 3: Dress in attire:
• Jeans and hoody jumper
• Swimming shorts
• swimsuit
Step 4: prepare stopwatch (To time the swimmer from start to finish)
Step 5: One person stands at the start of the pool to time the swimmers take-off while another person stands at the end of the pool to time the finish point
Step 6: swim 50 metres whilst dressed in attire.
Step 7: Video camera and/or digital camera the swimmers performance for evidence & further investigation.
Step 8: Swimmer gets out of the pool, dry’s himself and gets dressed for his next attire.
As mentioned above.
Step 9: Results of swimmers performance are collected & recorded on an excel spread sheet (laptop).
Step 10: Results are printed on hard copy for further research i.e comparing results, thesis, graphs & conclusions
Step 11: blog the results for the current week
Step 12: Plan the next experiment for the following week
